Amar Bheenick

Amar Bheenick read law in the United Kingdom graduating with an LL.B (Hons) as well as an LL.M in International and Commercial Law. He entered the international financial services sector in 2001 specialising in company, foundation, fund, partnership  and trust structuring, formation and administration.

Amar is a Director of OCRA (Mauritius) Limited and OCRA Trustees (Seychelles) Limited. He also serves on the board of directors of offshore companies and collective investment schemes (including hedge funds).

Amar is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), the Foundation Society, the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in the United Kingdom.

Amar Bheenick étudia le droit au Royaume Uni où il obtint un LL.B (Hons) et un LL.M en droit international et commercial. Il exerce dans le secteur des services financiers internationaux depuis 2001 et se specialise dans la structuration, la création et la gestion des sociétés, des fondations, des fonds d'investissements et des trusts.

Amar est un Directeur/Administrateur de OCRA (Mauritius) Limited et OCRA Trustees (Seychelles) Limited. Il siège également sur les Conseils d'administration de plusieurs fonds d'investissements et sociétés offshore.
