He serves as a Planning Official for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA), a nonprofit organization that promotes sustainable community practices. Barry Bohmueller also assists his fellow community members in the promotion of the APA’s ideals through various activities, such as informational events to increase community awareness about planning programs. Barry Bohmueller is also the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company in Kulpsville, Pennsylvania. Some of his directorial duties include leading board meetings, supervising board initiatives, and overseeing various fundraising and community outreach activities. Barry Bohmueller and the other members of the Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company work to protect the safety and security of the people of the Towamencin Township, as well as educate its residents about safety precautions to prevent fires and other emergencies. Barry Bohmueller enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and reading in his spare time. Currently, Barry Bohmueller lives and works in southern Pennsylvania.
