Ben Trowbridge

Ben Trowbridge is the Founder and CEO of Alsbridge, a global outsourcing advisory firm based in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2002, Alsbridge provides consulting on strategic outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, and benchmarking to a diverse array of international clients. In 2007, Ben Trowbridge guided Alsbridge toward a large round of funding from industry veteran Morton Meyerson and 2M Ventures. Prior to founding Alsbridge, Ben Trowbridge served as the CEO of United Messaging, an industry-leading e-mail outsourcing provider. While at United Messaging, Ben Trowbridge successfully reorganized the company and oversaw its sale to an investor group. Prior to directing United Messaging, Ben Trowbridge served as Managing Partner for Ernst & Young’s Outsourcing Services Business. Ben Trowbridge also served as COO of Ernst & Young’s Global Outsourcing Business. In his dual position, Ben Trowbridge played a significant role in the management of Ernst & Young’s major outsourcing initiatives. While at Ernst & Young, Ben Trowbridge personally directed 2 of the company’s largest outsourcing accounts, valued at more than $4B. Before joining Ernst & Young, Ben Trowbridge held a number of senior-level positions at Electronic Data Systems. Prior to beginning his career in business, Ben Trowbridge gained significant experience in leadership, determination, and teamwork as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Holding the rank of Captain, Ben Trowbridge served as a Company Commander four different times, once leading the Marine Corp’s first Special Operations Capable Raid Company. Before entering the armed services, Ben Trowbridge earned his Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern Louisiana State University.
