Born in China, Mr. Wey is a bilingual Chinese-American who first arrived on American soil in 1992 as an international student at Oklahoma Baptist University. Specializing in business management, Wey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree on a full valedictorian scholarship at Oklahoma Baptist. Wey then went on to pursue and attain a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Central Oklahoma.
