After all her world trotting, he comes to New york. William has been and will continue treating Lily. Rufus is understandably jealous. William are probably not as noble as he seems once we see him make a shady telephone call to someone about Lily's prescribed.

Blair throws a celebration to prove she's back in the dating scene. No one shows up as Chuck has blackballed her in the dating scene. Blair proves that she is the bigger person when she won't resort to games at a party to make him or her jealous. Way to get, Blair!

The reality is out! Jenny is finally confronted with Nate, but not how she intends. Serena turns up, full of truth and insight, and Jenny is left for an afterthought. Willa exposes Dan's thoughts about Vanessa taking his spot inside writing program.

Gossip Girl delivers so much Thanksgiving drama in "The Prize of Serena Madre" which it makes our recent family vacation horrors seem almost delightful.

Rufus shakes things up by planning for a traditional Thanksgiving for that Humphrey-Van der Woodsen family. The dinner gets complex as many characters are brought together that should have as much distance between them as possible.

Tripp is usually forced to cancel their secret plans with Serena any time Maureen suggests they spend Thanksgiving together. Ironically, Lily and Maureen run into each other and Lily challenges her over. Always this opportunist, Serena takes Nate as an alternative. Too bad Serena doesn't bank on Nate teaming up with Maureen to end the Tripp and Serena romance.

Mother factors abound! Unable to stay on campus and having nowhere else to go after fighting with the woman's mother, Vanessa runs to her bestie. Dan helps them patch things up. Too bad he's not left alone with his thoughts for long. Rufus challenges mom and Vanessa to help Thanksgiving dinner. Discovering the woman's mother's will will soon be changed and a great unexplained pregnancy test, Blair suspects the woman's mother is pregnant. Rufus surprises Lily using her mom, but the surprise is on him.
