It’s a huge effort to understand the genetical structure of life on world. Understanding the interaction between them and mission of them are also vital for us. Scientists are working hard to find ways for resolving this genetical problems. They are trying to create easier experiment types to involve more people for this problems. Some scientists say it’s a nonworking experience but polymerase chain reaction is one of the well known methods on this topic. There are more and more scientists trying today this polymerase chain reaction experience and they believe more to its power on every experiment.

Polymerase chain reaction is created by three scientists of Cetus Company in 1985. Henry A. Erlich, Kary Mullis and Randall K. Saiki tried hard for years and at last they found the method. Method is based on nucleic acids reproduction while they are not in living organisms. Polymerase chain reaction influenced lots of scientists and genealogists on years. Some science magazines gave this news on first page. ScientistK.Mullis take the nobel chemistry prize on 1993 for his hard work on Polymerase chain reaction. Today this method is important on research as well as clinical experiments. Polymerase chain reaction’s shortened name is known as PCR.
