After college, Brad Kuskin took a position with the Corporate Strategy division of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., in New York City. He served on a three-person team that performed analysis on potential investments in technology companies. In his time with the firm, he analyzed corporate investments totaling over $5 billion and reported directly to the company's chief financial officer. Mr. Kuskin left the organization in 2003 to form the real estate firm KR Capital Management LLC.
KR Capital Management provided private client services to wealthy individuals, investment firms, family estates, and hedge and capital funds. As the company's Managing Director, Brad Kuskin generated business through strategic development, raised company revenues, and created a software infrastructure that increased the business' productivity. Mr. Kuskin also oversaw operations of the firm's 483 employees working in 22 offices located across the United States.
A skilled networker, Brad Kuskin belongs to such organizations as the Investment Banking Investors Group, the Wisconsin Business Alumni association through the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Angel Investor Group, and the Business Development Group. When away from work, he performs community service with Habitat for Humanity International and restores vintage automobiles.
