Providing consultation on streamlining technologies, production costing, and operating plans, Carl Eckenbrecht implements emerging IT tecnologies to improve efficiency and increase profits for clients. Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from DePaul University, he majored in Accounting at the Chicago institution, completing classes in the evening while working full time as a machinist. After graduating in 1979, Carl Eckenbrecht worked in a variety of roles, including Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Plant Controller. Mr. Eckenbrecht was also a Systems Consultant for numerous established companies including Borg-Warner Inc., KPMG, and Northrop Corporation where he had served as Syatems Analyst in the firm's Defense System Division from 1985 to 1988.
Carl Eckenbrecht refined his skills and increased his professional responsibilities over the years in a number of positions before transitioning into his present consulting role. Starting in 1988, Mr. Eckenbrecht worked for management consultant firm A.T. Kearney, Inc., as Programming Manager, overseeing multiple staff members and serving as Project Manager until 1990. He accepted a position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Treasurer, and Management Information System Director the same year at commercial lender First Premium Services, Inc., where he was on staff until 1997. Additionally, he was CFO and General Manager of Gital America Inc. until 2001, an American subsidiary of an Italian machine tool producer. Mr. Eckenbrecht began his current role consulting in change management and professional services in 2002.
