Dominic Magliarditi

An alumnus of the New York University School of Law, Mr. Dominic Magliarditi has come a long way since obtaining his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation. Over the course of his professional career, Dominic Magliarditi has garnered experience in law, business growth, and real estate development. Dominic Magliarditi began his career as an attorney working for several private practices throughout New York, New York, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Dominic Magliarditi went on to found DII Investments, Inc., where he serves as President to this day. While leading DII Investments, Dominic Magliarditi aided in the development of over 4,000 residential and commercial properties as Principal, Senior Executive, and General Counsel for Gem Development. Dominic Magliarditi fine-tuned his business development experience in a six-year tenure as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Payment Resources International. Dominic Magliarditi’s savvy management of day-to-day operations, as well as his expert supervision of contract negotiations and bank relationships was integral to the company’s eventual sale to TransFirst Holdings. Dominic Magliarditi’s most recent business endeavor is DII Capital, Inc., where he supplements his role as Founder and President with over two decades of experience. In this position, Dominic Magliarditi guides a variety of clients through the real estate development process. Among the areas Dominic Magliarditi specializes in are entitlement processing, acquisition and development due diligence, deal structuring, financing and coordination with lenders and investors, and capital raising. Dominic Magliarditi’s commitment to his clients, combined with his extensive knowledge of development has led to the company’s completion of over $500 million in projects. In addition to his LL.M., Dominic Magliarditi holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dominic Magliarditi is a member in good standing of the Nevada, New York, and Connecticut State Bars. Dominic Magliarditi is also a licensed real estate broker in California and Nevada. Mr. Dominic Magliarditi makes his home in Newport Beach, California.
