Dr Hershell Steele DDS

Dr. Hershell Steele, DDS, currently practices family dentistry in Fort Myers, Florida, formerly named Crossroads Dental Care. Currently owner of Fort Myers Dental Care, he was part owner of Crossroads Dental Care in Fort Meyers for two years. Upon receipt of his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and completion of his residency at the Medical College of Ohio (now the University of Toledo Medical Center), he entered private practice in Toledo. As a dental student, he was honored with the Golden Carver Award for Excellence in Restorative Dentistry and later appointed Lead Dentist in the Lucas County Health Department's mobile school unit for preventative dental care.

Dr. Hershell Steele, DDS, relocated to Florida in 2002, where he served as an associate at Centergate Dental Care. While at Centergate Dental, he partnered with a number of family dentistry practices, building his expertise and connections with the community. In 2007, he purchased Crossroads Dental Care in Fort Myers and currently owns and operates Fort Myers Dental Care. Dr. Steele also holds memberships in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, Lee County Dental Society, Inc., and the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Steele volunteers his time and expertise, as well as making charitable donations, to Project: Dentists Care in Fort Myers, as well as to the Lee County Health Department and the Bonita Springs chapter of Dentistry From The Heart. He enjoys photography, film, theater, and bodybuilding.
