EMBER CARRIERS

Leadership training firm Ember Carriers teaches executive management education at its best through its Unleashing the Leader Within program. The Ember Carriers’ workshop and one-on-one development course is designed as an intensive instructional curriculum for managers responsible for making high-level supervisory decisions and overseeing large workforces or strategic business units. Ember Carriers, which is operated by Founder and President Mary Hladio and Senior Facilitator Jim Russell, begins the program with a three-and-a-half day workshop retreat. At the Ember Carriers’ retreat, participating executives examine in-depth both their company and their role in the corporation’s business structure. Using training developed from many years of experience in the corporate world, Ember Carriers staff coaches the participants on how to use their abilities to create improved results within the workplace. Phase two of Ember Carriers’ Unleashing the Leader Within course involves each supervisor meeting one-on-one with a professional development coach to establish business initiatives that will benefit both the manager and his or her team. Finally, Ember Carriers’ executive trainees work closely with a team of colleagues to practice their high-impact leadership skills in an experiential setting. Ember Carriers staff may have managers perform skill-building exercises, re-staffing initiatives, or business process redesigns in order to streamline a firm. As a final assessment of the supervisors’ progress, Ember Carriers’ team of senior managers evaluates the executives’ performance and ability to administer. Overall, Ember Carriers’ Unleashing the Leader Within training is constructed to help emerging and experienced leaders develop the capabilities to overcome obstacles, learn how to make the most effective decisions, and become more aware of their own strengths and weaknesses.
