Present
Secretary General - Genel Sekreter As the largest city of Turkey, Istanbul has been proclaimed “2010 European Capital of Culture” by the European Union Council in 2006. Since then, government has ably adopted a 2007 Law which sets a framework for Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency.
