  I am in charge of electronic products design and development activities in Sony France Alsace engineering centre. I manage a team made up of approx 60 engineers covering Software and Electronic Hardware full design solutions or products development including Mechanics.
• Sony Ericsson : 06/2004 - 03/2005
  Project Manager
  Based in Tokyo Japan. In charge of industrialisation of a SonyEricsson Mobile phone. Coordination of project in relation with Tokyo and North Carolina Design centres with the three production plants in Malaysia, Japan and France.
• Sony Alsace : 01/1999 - 03/2002
  Set Top Box Business manager
  • Responsibility of whole business in Alsace production plant of Set Top Box Production for Italian, French and Spanish market (Canal+, Sogecable, Tele+) with design centre support in UK (T/O 80 M€, 600 k.units).
  • Co-ordination of production facility, sales, purchasing, QA with design (electrical and mechanical), software and the customer to ensure on time introduction to desired specification at lowest price.
  • People management experience for a team of 100 operators and 5 engineers, for assessments and budgetary control (470k€ capital expenditure).
