Jeremiah Masin

Mr. Jeremiah J. Masin is Principal Advisor of a corporate administrative services consultancy. His focus is on building capacity, capabilities and resource strengths for start-up, small and mid-size businesses in the areas of human capital, project and technology management. Jeremiah Masin was the former Chief Administrative Services Officer for One Call Medical in Parsippany, New Jersey. One Call Medical is an organization that aims to process administrative tasks for the workers compensation insurance industry efficiently and effectively. Jeremiah Masin was instrumental in leading the company’s functions in the human resources (HR), legal, project management, and technology areas. Jeremiah Masin helped this high-growth insurance service outsourcing company completely re-engineer its aging information systems by blending off and on shore technical and project management resources. Additionally, as Executive Manager of the Corporate Administrative Services Group, Mr. Jeremiah Masin had the opportunity to build a state-of-the-art Human Resources function that promoted a "multiple futures" career development program. Prior to his time as the Chief Administrative Services Officer for One Call Medical, Jeremiah Masin served as the Head of Human Resources for EBS Dealing Resources, a financial services technology firm. Also located in Parsippany, New Jersey, EBS Dealing Resources provided Jeremiah Masin with a platform upon which he built and managed human resources functions across 14 countries in a “high velocity” global environment. Jeremiah Masin was the Executive Manager of corporate HR functions and the Chief of Staff to the Head of Corporate Services at EBS Dealing Resources, which put him in a position to develop centralized HR functional models to oversee human capital management across three continents. Jeremiah J. Masin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers College at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. As an undergraduate, he co-founded Knight Time Television Productions, a student-run television production company, and he was honored as a distinguished senior upon commencement. Later, Jeremiah Masin earned his Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland University College.
