Kevin Heupel

Kevin Heupel brings 10 years of legal experience to his role as the President of Colorado Bankruptcy Help, a legal firm that provides services to individuals who seek assistance in the process of filing bankruptcy. His responsibilities include consulting with clients, drafting and filing bankruptcy paperwork, attending trustee meetings, and handling a variety of matters related to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Kevin Heupel is a member of several organizations for legal professionals, including the Colorado Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Kevin Heupel also serves as the President of his own law firm, Heupel Law, P.C., a firm that provides legal services in many different areas of law, including estate planning, family law, and divorce and professional licensing. Kevin Heupel personally oversees all phases of his clients' cases and consults regularly with them to ensure they receive the highest caliber of legal advice. Kevin Heupel has earned both his undergraduate and his legal degrees from the University of Colorado. He studied Accounting and Finance as an undergraduate and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado's Business School. Several years later, Kevin Heupel earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado's School of Law. During his law school career, Kevin Heupel's legal acumen was recognized with several awards, including the Medal for Excellence in Advocacy from the American Bar Association, as well as the 1998 Rothgerber Moot Court Competition for a team exercise.

Kevin Heupel is an avid sportsman with a passion for the outdoors. He enjoys playing golf, hiking, and skiing, among other sports. Kevin Heupel also volunteers his skill and time by providing pro bono legal services at the Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement Board. Kevin Heupel practices law in Littleton, Colorado.
