Right away, Volpi and her crew went into action, providing shelter and food to those in need. A boat used by the locals transported tourists to safety, and Volpi helped with food and clothing. Volpi used the resources the restaurant had in order to aid those in need, and make them feel as comfortable as possible during that stressful and dangerous time. When Volpi is not running her own business or helping others, Volpi enjoys traveling. Volpi enjoys visiting Ft.
