From there, he matriculated at The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctor. While at The Pennsylvania State University, Matthew Weisberg Interned for a member of the Parliament of Australia, publishing the thesis "G-d Save the Queen?" He also received the prestigious Kappa Sigma Fraternity's Star and Crescent Scholarship.

Matthew Weisberg is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Barristers Club of Delaware County, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Consumer Advocates. In the little spare time he has, he enjoys reading, particularly the works of John Irving, Christopher Buckley, Stephen King, and John Grisham.
