I am a technologist and a marketer with a focus on helping companies improve, optimize and even redefine the way they do business through data insight.

To say what the site is about would be putting it in a box. On the web, this is a good thing. I expect to talk about databases, web 2.0, process improvement, analytics and interactive matters. Your feedback is appreciated.

Currently I am the Director of Database Marketing for Hill, Holliday which is the advertising agency responsible for the America Runs on Dunkin campaign for Dunkin Donuts and Liberty Mutual's Pay it Forward campaign.

My professional career has focused largely on building business intelligence and decision support systems for companies like Pfizer, Cognos, Georgia Pacific, Gorton's and Gillette.

I also run a parenting blog with my friend, Gregory Ng called Noodad. It's sort of Maxim meets babycenter.com. It has been a great experience and serves as a playground for database marketing, Web 2.0 and analytics.
