Medical professional and retired U.S. Air Force colonel, Dr. Molly Hall currently serves as Chief Academic Officer and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Premier Health Partners. Dr. Molly Hall’s position entails duties as Associate Dean for Premier and Professor in the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. In each of her roles at Wright State and Premier, Dr. Molly Hall leverages 20 years of experience directing programs in medical education. Dr. Molly Hall has been affiliated with Wright State University since 1988, when she joined the staff as an Assistant Professor in psychology. Since that time, Dr. Molly Hall has coordinated continuing education and residency programs for physicians and physician officers for the Graduate Medical Education Program for Air Force at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio; for the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland; and at the Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Molly Hall acted as a Consultant to the Surgeon General of the U.S. Air Force alongside her professorial work at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. Dr. Molly Hall’s responsibilities included managing 100 psychiatric physicians Air Force-wide and addressing military mental health issues, personnel and resource allocation, and readiness and contingency response missions. In 1998, Dr. Molly Hall became the Director of Air Force Medical Consultants at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. Until 2000, Dr. Molly Hall managed a team of 15 other clinician consultants for the Air Force’s many programs, including pediatrics, internal medicine, and nursing. Specialty certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Molly Hall has also published widely on bioterrorism, terrorism, and a number of topics in psychology and public health. The bearer of degrees from Yale University in Biology and Psychology, Dr. Molly Hall received her MD from Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Molly Hall completed residencies in the Departments of Medicine and Psychiatry at the New York Hospital and the Payne Whitney Clinic.

    Responsible for all academic activities, continuing medical education, and research conducted in Premier Health Partners’ hospitals in Dayton, Ohio. PHP hospitals are affiliate training institutions of the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine graduate medical education programs. There are 21 residencies and fellowships sponsored by WSU BSOM training 365 physicians. The position is the key PHP liaison to the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine where the VP also serves as a member of the full-time faculty and Associate Dean for PHP.
