RadioShack Corporation (2003 ► 2006)
Director, Visual Merchandising & Retail Store Design
  • Lead the store design strategy, implementation, space allocation and merchandise presentation for all sales channels (5,000 RadioShack Company-Owned stores, 1,800 RadioShack dealer/franchise stores, 530 Sam’s Club kiosks, 300 Sprint mall kiosks, 15 Canadian stores).
  • Managed a corporate staff of 25 visual specialists, space planners, designers and project managers.
