Attorney Preston Breunig has been practicing in family law since 1967. Formerly a deputy attorney general, Preston Breunig has also been a deputy prosecutor and public defender, though he is currently a Managing Partner at Buck Berry Landau & Breunig in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded more than 20 years ago, Buck Berry Landau & Breunig is a leading general civil and family firm. Working alongside his fellow founders, Preston Breunig has handled litigation for some of the city’s most distinguished residents. Preston Breunig has demonstrated a significant aptitude for complex, high asset cases in divorce and custody, and he has also become an estate planner. A member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Preston Breunig remains dedicated to the advancement of his profession. Preston Breunig graduated from Indiana University after studying Government and History. Preston Breunig is the bearer of a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was also a member of Phi Delta Phi. Outside of the office, Preston Breunig takes pleasure in reaching out to others through community service with Second Presbyterian Church. Preston Breunig also enjoys snow skiing and scuba diving. A member of Meridian Hills Country Club, Preston Breunig polishes his golf game in his spare time.
