Robert Noeldechen

Senior real estate executive Robert Noeldechen is a Principal at Ahern & Partners and an independent advisor to a broad range of clients. With more than 20 distinguished years in the real estate finance industry, Robert Noeldechen offers a comprehensive range of skills in lender underwriting, asset management, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, business development, strategy, and leadership. Immediately prior to assuming his current role, Robert Noeldechen held three consecutive positions at Ernst & Young. From 2002 to 2003, Robert Noeldechen served as a Manager in the Real Estate Advisory Services Group. In 2003, Robert Noeldechen was promoted to Senior Manager in the same division, and he was again promoted to Equity Principal in Transaction Real Estate and Transaction Advisory Services in 2006. Robert Noeldechen's many professional achievements at Ernst & Young include his service to the Transaction Advisory Services Group and Transaction Real Estate Advisory Services divisions. Robert Noeldechen was a leadership member spearheading operations of the latter division, managing 130 colleagues and developing its business strategy. By the end of his time with Ernst & Young, Robert Noeldechen had executed $150 billion in complex real estate lender underwriting due diligence assignments, among many other accomplishments. Robert Noeldechen is also a veteran of Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Consulting Structured Finance Group, Dime Savings Bank of New York, Deloitte & Touche/Deloitte Haskin & Sells, and Shearson Lehman Brothers/EF Hutton, where he began his career as a Financial Analyst. Robert Noeldechen attended New York University for his Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment and St. John's University for his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Robert Noeldechen is a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association.
