Rodney Rainey

Mr. Rodney Rainey is a veteran radio broadcaster that currently works out of Charlotte, North Carolina with his media brokerage firm, RadioMetrix Solutions Corporation. Rodney Rainey founded RadioMetrix Solutions Corporation in 2005 and, today, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. RadioMetrix Solutions Corporation works within the Broadcast Industry to provide sales, programming, engineering, radio station valuation, and financing consulting. Additionally, RadioMetrix Solutions, also known as RMXSolutions, provides recruiting services for executive level broadcasters in radio broadcast markets throughout the United States.

Rodney Rainey is directly responsible for RMXSolutions’ development of selling strategies that address the concerns of owners with multiple radio properties. Mr. Rainey consults with these radio station owners to provide an in-depth analysis of the station’s current viability for sale along the financial, personnel, and equipment parameters. Upon completion of the study, Rodney Rainey and RadioMetrix Solutions Corporation formulate a strategy for the station owner that outlines a plan to achieve the highest value possible given the results of the prior analysis. In addition to sales strategies for station owners, Rodney Rainey and RMXSolutions also assists buyers who are interested in acquiring radio operations. Rainey and RMXSolutions aid seasoned professionals in the radio business, as well as first-time entrants into the industry. RadioMetrix Solutions Corporation and Rodney Rainey possess many years of experience on both the sales and acquisition side of a transaction, and they have worked closely with equity and debt financing groups to facilitate smooth business dealings.

In 2006, Rodney Rainey merged RadioMetrix Solutions with Dennis R. Moores' CD Broadcasting. Together Rainey and Moore have closed more than $50,000,000 in broadcasting deals. Rodney Rainey is a graduate of the University of Houston and currently resides in North Carolina.
