Additionally, Shane Hedges is responsible for leading the company’s employees in expanding their professional abilities, as well as encouraging the development of new and exciting programs to help young students achieve.
Shane Hedges joined the national corporation in February 2003 as a financial analyst. Demonstrating a strong enthusiasm and ability for his work, Shane Hedges was soon promoted to the position of Managing Director of Education. In this capacity, Mr. Hedges designed and implemented a number of new educational programs for the company. Additionally, Mr. Hedges was in charge of leading 7 senior level directors, 73 fulltime employees, and over 1,000 part-time employees. The programs Mr. Hedges developed during this time helped over 100,000 students from around the world.
Prior to beginning his professional career, Mr. Shane Hedges attended American University in Washington, D.C. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree, Mr. Hedges studied a variety of subjects during his collegiate career, including Communications, Law, Economics, and Government. Recently, Mr. Shane Hedges has continued his education, earning a Master’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland. Mr. Hedges graduated from the University of Maryland in 2006.
