An expert in Wealth Transfer issues, such as charitable giving and passing wealth to family, Timothy Peyko implements a number of diverse strategies to achieve his clients’ goals. Some of the many skill sets Mr. Peyko employs on behalf of his clients include life insurance settlements and underwriting advocacy. Tim also maintains a specialty in Trust-Owned Life Insurance Product Execution, whereby clients can leave inherited wealth to their family, cover estate tax liability planning expenses, and donate monies to charities after death.
Before establishing T. Peyko & Associates, Timothy Peyko gained substantial experience as a career agent with The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY). During his more than two-decade career with MONY, Mr. Peyko focused on wealth building strategies for an array of clients. Timothy Peyko began his career at MONY soon after graduating from the University of Vermont, where he received his undergraduate degree in Journalism.
Dedicated to expanding his skill set, Timothy Peyko has taken courses in Modern Portfolio Theory through The Advest Institute at Harvard University Business School. Mr. Peyko has also completed numerous professional development courses through the American College, earning designation as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). Currently, Timothy Peyko maintains membership in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Timothy Peyko is active in numerous charitable works, including the American Cancer Society and the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, which raises support for breast cancer research.
