Jack is the Managing Broker at the Laskin Road office of William E. Wood and Associates. He is one of my favorite people to have a real estate conversation with and I know he will have wonderful posts to share with all of us. Jack has been a great inspiration to me throughout my real estate career and I have the utmost respect and admiration for him.

- that a large part of my job is to create an environment that is positive, professional and efficiently developed to help agents reach their full potential.
- that a sales manager and the office should be thought of as a safe harbor in a storm from all the problems that are encountered outside the office.
- that from time to time we all encounter adversity and our attitude towards that adversity plays a great part in the outcome.
