Victoria Crisp

A gifted educator and communicator, Ms. Victoria Crisp works closely with students who are emotionally and learning disabled. She has displayed the initiative and creativity necessary to improve the scholastic experience of at-risk and learning disabled teens throughout her career. Crisp has been a child advocate for over ten years and been involved with programs that improve the quality of life for students. A proven leader, Victoria Crisp has managed special education programs, chaired team meetings and been directly responsible for Social Workers and Instructional Assistants on school grounds. Victoria Crisp currently works as a Special Education Teacher in Lowell, Massachusetts.  In this position, Victoria Crisp oversees educational plans for students with learning disabilities and interacts closely with parents, faculty and staff to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.  A graduate of Bradford College, Crisp is currently a candidate for a Masters of Education at Cambridge College. Her degree is expected later this year. Crisp previously served as a Mediation Program Coordinator for Watertown Public Schools in Watertown, MA. In this position, Crisp was able to implement the Center for Disease Control’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey in conjunction with the superintendent’s office. She worked closely with school principals to implement new risk prevention programming and analyze problem areas within the school district. Ms. Crisp also prepared, wrote and submitted Federal Safe Grants for the Watertown School System. Crisp obtained Massachusetts Health Protection Grants and Drug Free Schools Grants while employed in Watertown. A community advocate, Victoria Crisp has volunteered for various organizations over the past decade and takes pride in giving back to the community around her. Crisp enjoys traveling and the outdoors, especially winter sports such as skiing. A former dancer, Victoria Crisp performed with the Boston Ballet for eight years.
