  Victoria Crisp has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to children throughout her career. Crisp has more than ten years of professional experience as a child advocate and special education teacher. She is a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the American Federation of Teachers and currently serves as a Special Education Teacher for Lowell Public Schools, a position she has held since 2007. Crisp is an effective communicator and persuasive writer. She leverages these skill sets to promote the well being and education of learning disabled students who have also been diagnosed with mental health or psychiatric issues. A graduate of Bradford College, Ms. Crisp earned her B.A. in Human Studies before completing a Graduate Certificate Program for Women and Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts, Boston in the year 2000.&nbsp; Victoria Crisp is currently matriculating at Cambridge College where she is pursuing her Masters in Education. She will earn her degree in 2008. Victoria Crisp is involved in many civic and philanthropic activities and has been a board member for the Woodward School for Girls in Quincy, Massachusetts and served as President of the Women’s Resource Network at Bradford College. Victoria Crisp coordinated the first annual Youth and Violence Conference for the Merrimack Valley while serving as the Assistant Coordinator for the Haverhill Teen Coalition in order to raise awareness of youth violence and promote teen safety. Crisp is currently a board member of the Bradford College Alumni Association and volunteers for various political campaigns. Crisp worked for two years with the PEACE Violence Prevention Program where she organized a peer mentoring program for at-risk adolescent youths. Victoria Crisp was awarded the Thomas Cheetan Human Studies Service Award to acknowledge her service to better the local and regional community. A classically trained dancer, Ms. Victoria Crisp danced professionally with the Boston Ballet for 8 years. Her hobbies include skiing and interior design.
