I’m Phil and I’m a 38-year old independent Web designer, developer, consultant...you name it and I'll pretend I know it until I can figure it out. I have a very beautiful wife named Jess and six awesome pets (5 cats and a dog).

Recently I discovered that I have at least some level of carpentery skills and totally enjoy building stuff for our house in the country. Believe me, this was a startling discovery.

I’m very interested in technology, communication, pop culture, the long tail, web 2.0+ and most recently the environment and off-the-grid living. I’m trying to green myself and maybe save a polar bear in the process.

I’m also very interested in finding short to medium length projects to apply my various skills towards. Prices are reasonable, I live in the countryside after all.

I maintain a blog at One Measly Dollar where I tend to ramble endlessly about nothing too important. I also manage the Fargo Band Family Tree where I hope to forever and ever save the history of the fargo-moorhead punk scene.
