She also supported key business initiatives through financial planning and analysis modeling and segment analysis, engaging closely in footnote presentation and disclosure issues and consolidating Lionsgate Entertainment's 10Q/10K Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting functions.
From 2006 to 2008, Bharti Jogia-Sattar held a similar position with Westlake Village, California-based Countrywide Capital Markets, LLC. She worked in a diversification-focused business unit within the company, which managed a commercial loan inventory of between $15 and $30 million. She undertook comprehensive financial data analysis and compiled financial statements for management, also assisting in the monthly close process, and in account reconciliations and analysis. She also performed 10Q/10K SEC filings and other regulatory reporting. Bharti Jogia-Sattar studied Chemistry at Bryn Mawr College and holds a degree in Chemistry & Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
