J'interviens en freelance en phase d'amorçage des projets informatique pour assurer une cohérence de la stratégie en termes de technologie, de business, de marketing et de gestion des compétences.

En cours de projet, je m'investis côté MOE et/ou MOA pour assurer le suivi du projet, encadrer des équipes fonctionnelles et techniques, assurer le respect du Plan Qualité Projet, garantir les délais, et identifier les zones de risques.

Je suis actuellement en mission chez Mondial Assistance pour une mission de 11 mois (nov 07 - sept 08).

> I'm an freelance consultant in "Post Oil Strategy", and "Carbon Business Intelligence". I help companies analysing they dependency to hydrocarbons, managing risk on oil price evolutions or carbon taxation and planning long-term post-oil-compliant strategies.
