DAVID LEDERER ATTORNEY

Since 1994, David J. Lederer has maintained a civil litigation practice in Los Angeles, California. During this time, he has represented various plaintiffs with serious personal injuries, entertainment and media companies, businesses as well as numerous bad faith cases against insurance companies including but not limited to, Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, 20th Century Insurance Company and Farmers Insurance Company.

During his prosecution of various bad faith cases, his office has changed various corporate guidelines which these insurance companies utilize to govern the actions of their employees. In addition, he has also prosecuted and defended numerous wrongful termination, sexual harassment and business law cases.

Mr. Lederer received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University, Crouse-Hinds School of Management in 1989 as well as his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 1992. Mr. Lederer is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Consumer Trial Attorneys Association.

He is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, United States Federal District Court, Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, Central District of California, and Southern District of California.
