About Justin Ayars:
Before beginning his current career as the owner and operator of several businesses, Justin Ayars completed his Juris Doctor at the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. During his years in law school, Ayars assisted the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of International Consumer Protection as a legal intern. While researching consumer protection in both national and international settings, Ayars maintained a far-reaching database with information relevant to consumer protection matters. Justin Ayars also helped direct a law enforcement effort to rein in online marketers that dealt in deceptive diabetes treatments.
During his final year at the George Mason University School of Law, Justin Ayars went into the private sector and joined Vanderpool, Frostick, & Nishanian, P.C. in Manassas. Working with associates, secretaries, and partners, Ayars examined diverse issues involving law firm management, the ethics of the legal profession, and trial strategies. As a legal intern, Justin Ayars provided assistance in a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning and environmental law. In the next years, Justin Ayars continued his professional involvement in governmental affairs as a legal intern and judicial law clerk with the offices of the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney and the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Virginia, respectively.
Ayars also furthered his experience in areas of private law practice as an Associate with Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, a firm based in Vienna, Virginia. Justin Ayars ultimately left his place as an Associate in order to begin working on his own as an attorney at law. He represented a variety of individual and corporate clients throughout a broad range of issues, including contract disputes.
In 2009 Justin Ayars founded his first business, an independent coffee company that operates from the Prime Outlets Shopping Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. Justin Ayars quickly proved his talents as a business manager, and he continues to run the financial, marketing, and development programs of J. J. Jitterzz Koffee Kompany, LLC.
Quickly capitalizing on his skills, Justin Ayars founded three more businesses in 2010. The variety of fields in which these ventures are engaged reflects the diversity of Ayars’ talents. As Managing Partner, Ayars continues to run Tinkers, LLC, a woodshop in Richmond. Under his direction, Tinkers has developed a strong reputation for restoring beautiful antique pieces to their full grace and returning them to market.
