Ligaya Arcenas

Dedicated to integrity and public service, Ligaya Arcenas has served as a licensed real estate broker with years of experience in the California real estate and investment industries. Ms. Arcenas currently serves as a Unit Manager for Velur Enterprises, Inc., a real estate and investment firm based in Van Nuys, California. At Velur Enterprises, Ligaya Arcena provides prospective clients with advisement in the process of diversifying their 401(k) and IRA retirement programs by investing in pre-developed land in Southern California. Ligaya Arcenas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a certification in tax preparation from H&R Block, and a licensure as an Enrolled Agent from the Internal Revenue Service. Before assuming her current position with Velur Enterprises, Ms. Arcenas functioned as a Senior Auditor for the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department/Financial Management Division for eight years. In this role, Ligaya Arcenas accumulated extensive knowledge of the real estate and investment climate in Los Angeles and its surrounding communities. When not working with clients at Velur Enterprises, Ligaya Arcenas contributes time and money to a number of Southern California churches and community organizations. In her spare hours, Ms. Arcenas augments her substantial expertise in accounting, investments, and real estate by reading a wide array of books on those subjects. Among her favorites nonfiction works, Ligaya Arcenas enjoys the Rich Dad Poor Dad series by Robert T. Kiyosaki and Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich.
