Mr. Nicolas Anitsakis of Contract Land Staff, LLC is a skilled and highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate appraisal field. Serving as a Project Manager/Land Consultant for the company, Nicolas Anitsakis has guided numerous clients toward the completion of complex projects with a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and staying on budget. Currently, Nicolas Anitsakis is managing a large project for a major power plant operator with facilities in Texas, Missouri, and Mississippi.
In his leadership role on the Kelson Transmission development, Nicolas Anitsakis holds a number of responsibilities critical to the success of the project. Nicolas Anitsakis is responsible for managing right-of-way activities and also generates weekly progress reports for clients. Mr. Nicolas Anitsakis also serves as a liaison between clients and local, county, and state governments.
Nicolas Anitsakis joined Contract Land Staff, LLC after five years with Fox & Bubela, Inc., a Houston-based real estate appraisal company. During his time with Fox & Bubela, Nicolas Anitsakis learned a great deal about commercial real estate appraisal and delivered exceptional appraisal services for a number of prominent clients in business and government. Some of the projects Nicolas Anitsakis completed during his tenure with the company included several road and highway widenings, numerous road extensions, and a number of major utility easements.
Although he is already a registered right-of-way agent and licensed real estate appraiser, Nicolas Anitsakis is dedicated to expanding his expertise in the field. To this end, Nicolas Anitsakis has taken a variety of specialized training seminars in appraisal principles, right-of-way procedures, and real estate investment analysis. Nicolas Anitsakis is also an active member of both the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association.
Prior to beginning his career, Nicolas Anitsakis graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Kelson Energy, Project Manager for a 96 mile, 345kV, electrical transmission project. Coordinated the opening of the local office and the staffing of agents and administrative personnel for the project. Managed day to day operations of the Project, including survey permitting, title completion and acquisition programs. Responsible for budgeting, scope of work and weekly status reports for client. Planned, directed, and coordinated right of way activities to ensure that the goals of the client are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
