How much do I have to pay?
We do not have any hidden costs, our delivery costs are comprehensive. When placing an order please supply a contact number so we can process your order efficiently.
Small order (0-5kg)

Large order (35-75kg)

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland UK only (not offshore). Our policy is to only deliver your items to your card/home address. If you do need it delivered to an alternative address, such as work or family member, then please get in contact to discuss. Offshore deliveries please get in contact.
When will my order be dispatched?
At the bottom of every product is an estimated delivery time schedule. Once an order has been placed we will keep you up to date with your order by email or if you prefer by phone.
What time will my parcel arrive?
Upon receipt of dispatch notification your parcel will arrive within 48 / 72 hours with the exception of some rural areas that may take up-to 4 days. A lot of our stocked items would usually arrive with you next day when placed before midday, however we are unable to guarantee this.
When should I check my delivery?
You should always check your parcel for transit damage before signing for the goods, if you suspect damage due to transit do not sign for the goods and reject the delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN A PLUMBER UNTIL GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED & CHECKED FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE

Pay securely online via PayPal, by phone 0844 8000 932 or by cheque.
What payment methods do you accept?
Plumbclick accepts all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta. Orders can also be paid by Cheque but please allow up to ten working days for the Cheque to clear before we dispatch goods.
All prices include vat.
RETURNS
Receiving Your Order
Do not sign for goods unless you are completely satisfied that they have been delivered without incurring any transit damage. (By signing the delivery form you are confirming the item/s that have been delivered by the courier are in a GOOD CONDITION).
Returning Damaged Items
If you find any damages with your purchase you may return the goods back to our stores for a full refund or replacement at our discretion; so long as you notify us of this damage within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Failure to notify us within 48 hours will indemnify us of any costs incurred. Please call 0844 8000 932 to notify us of any damaged goods.
Returning Non-Faulty Items
You have the right to change your mind. If for any reason you no longer require a product that you have purchased from our stores; you can return the product in its original undamaged packaging which can be sold again "as new".
You have the right to return the product within 7 Working days starting from the day after the receipt of goods for a full refund (less the actual delivery and collection charges incurred). All refunds will be issued back to you within 30 days of receiving goods back to our stores.
It is your responsibility to make sure the returned goods (including packaging) reach us in a good condition and we recommend taking out transit Insurance to cover goods in transit. Please call 0844 8000 932 before returning any goods.
Please note that a 10% (order value) re-handling and administration charge is applicable when returning all Non-Faulty items.
PLEASE DO NOT DEFACE THE PACKAGING. AVOID WRITING OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE OF A NEW CONDITION AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
PlumbClick reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned goods do not meet the above conditions.

Q - Do you deliver abroad ?
A - We only ship to UK Mainland.
Q - Can i collect ?
A - Unfortunately we do not have a collection service available at this time.
Q - Do you accept payments over the phone or by cheque ?
A - Yes we use a secure payment process for all our orders including telephone transactions. When placing an order with us we will only ask you for relevant information to enable us to process your order as quickly & efficiently as possible, we never collect or store your card details.
Q - Do you offer discounts for bulk orders ?
A - Yes we can sometimes offer extra savings if buying in bulk please contact us with your request.
Q - Are all your items brand new and come with warranty ?
A - Everything we advertise for sale are genuine brand new items which we get direct from either the manufacturers or suppliers. All items come with their relevant manufacturers guarantee/warranty.
