Steven Bettinger is a supporter of various charities, including John’s Golf Course, a cause he was called to support after reading an article in an in-flight magazine while en route home from Tokyo. John’s Golf Course for the Disabled and the Handicapped, a course that Vietnam Veteran Steve Espinoza built so that his son John, who has physical and intellectual disabilities, could have a place to play. The course gives anyone a chance to play without green fees or dress codes, and is supported exclusively by donors. Steven is also a supporter of the A Little Hope Foundation.
Steven Bettinger is the founder of Cenuco, a streaming video application company, as well as Tax Returns USA, an online tax preparation company. Bettinger is also a partner at Logan Equity, a hard money hedge fund, and as such markets to mortgage lending opportunities in the hard money category. He has been with the Boca Raton, Florida-based Logan Equity since April of 2006.
Bettinger enjoys reading novels by James Patterson and John Grisham, and also enjoys athletics like golf, football, basketball, and lacrosse. Steven Bettinger is a community leader, a lacrosse coach, and a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB). An alumnus of Syracuse University, Bettinger earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1993. While attending Syracuse, Bettinger was a member of the Zeta Psi fraternity and the Orange Varsity Club. Bettinger attended Syracuse on a scholarship, and played in both the 1990 and the 1993 Division 1 championship lacrosse team.
