My interets in life including jogging, and athletics in general. I have created images for a range of sites, some of which sell sports footwear, or sneakers for the US / trainers for the UK. My other interests include music, movies and socialising.

I recently joinged a gym, due to the bad weather making running hard work, especially the snow and ice in December :). They obviously have some treadmills, which are setup below a selection of tv screens which play sports, music and other entertainment programmes.

I have tried the running bikes, but find them very boring, however, the treadmills usually put more wear and tear on your joints. The past week I was breaking in my new Brooks Glycerin trainers, they have great custioning and features something called BioMoGo. which distributes pressure for any individual requirements apparantly. I'll have to wait and see if that's the case.
