We were developing Web portals for other businesses (B2B)
Our first product was a web based agenda (html+js, no Java, Flash or ActiveX crap). That's where our name came from.

This was bundled with synchronisation tools for various MUA like Microsoft Outlook, it could have been compared to GMail+Google Agenda or Outlook Web Access of today.

In this company, I was CTO and project manager.
From time to time, I was also developing on Unix
